By booking a service with Vercleaner Limited, you agree to the following standard terms of service:
- Access & Service Duration
- Access: Clients must ensure Vercleaner staff have clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Minimum Booking: We recommend a minimum of 2 hours for residential (standard 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms) properties to ensure our quality standards are met.
- Supplies & Equipment
- Client-Provided: Clients may provide their own supplies/equipment to personalise the clean and reduce costs.
- Vercleaner-Provided: If requested in advance, we can provide professional, eco-friendly cleaning solutions and equipment for an additional fee.
- Payments & VAT
- Methods: Payments are accepted via secure online checkout or bank transfer. Cash payments to staff are strictly prohibited for safety and transparency.
- VAT: Vercleaner Limited is a VAT-registered company (VAT Number 511411353); all commercial invoices will include a VAT breakdown.
- Satisfaction: Payment confirms you are 100% satisfied with the service provided.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations:
- Over 48 hours: No fee.
- 24–48 hours: 25% admin fee applies.
- Under 24 hours: 50% admin fee applies.
- Quality Guarantee & Feedback
- 24-Hour Window: Clients have 24 hours post-service to report any dissatisfaction.
- Resolution: Valid disputes may be eligible for a free ‘correction clean’, partial refund, or discount on future services at management’s discretion.
- Safety & Security
- Vetting: All staff are rigorously vetted, with references and ID kept on file. DBS checks are performed for specialist settings (e.g., care homes).
Pets: For the safety of our team and your pets, we request they are secured or supervised during the cleaning window.
